Fondmetal Technologies develops the Fondmetal V10 engine, which is used for Minardi racing team cars.

Gabriele Rumi becomes president and team manager of the Minardi stable.

Benetton entrusts the aerodynamic development of its cars to Fondmetal Technologies.

Tyrrell entrusts the aerodynamic development of its cars to Fondmetal Technologies.

Collaboration with French aerodynamic engineer Jean Claude Migeot resulted in the Fondmetal Technologies wind tunnel.

The Fondmetal stable faces its second year and compared to 1991 will field two cars.

Rumi takes over the entire stable. The official name becomes Fondmetal, and the command center is moved to Palosco, in the province of Bergamo, where the company is based.

Gabriele Rumi buys an important part of shares in the Osella team, which in the same year will run under the official name FONDMETAL - OSELLA.

Fondmetal rims also begin to be supplied to the French Ligier team and the German Zakspeed team.

Start supplying Fondmetal rims for the Williams racing team with which there won three world titles: 1986, 1987 and 1992.

Fondmetal's commitment to F1 increases. The company begins supplying wheels for the Osella team, and Fondmetal's logo appears on the car's rear wing.

Fondmetal presents the first magnesium monoblock wheel made specifically for the F1 championship.
